Cherry Rock Park

Cherry Rock Park is a serene 90-acre "hidden gem" located along the banks of the Big Sioux River in east-central Sioux Falls. It is particularly well-loved by locals for its peaceful atmosphere and its unique blend of open recreational spaces and wooded riverside trails. Cherry Rock Park has a fascinating history as it was originally a family-owned vegetable farm called Cherry Rock Gardens before being converted into a public park in the mid-1980s.
